How do I exhibit at the Birmingham Gaming Market?
Everyone is welcome to exhibit at the gaming market - from established online stores to individuals selling off their duplicate games. Tables cost just £70.00 and can be booked by contacting us to request a booking form.
What time should I arrive?
You are welcome to arrive at any time before the opening times (11:00 for advance entry and 12:00 standard entry) however we ask that you do not arrive too far in advance!
Will those who buy early entry tickets in advance definately get priority?
Yes. Doors will open at 11:00 for people who have bought advance tickets online. Second door will commence at 12:00 giving advance entry attendees a full hour before everyone else.
Our priority at opening will be to get everyone through the doors as quickly as possible and this will include ‘pre-processing’ of those who already have tickets. This will be done by scanning tickets prior to opening.
What is the price of an advance entry ticket?
Pre-booked advance entry tickets cost £6.00 plus booking fee. They are only available on the tickets page – no advance entry tickets will be available to purchase on the door.
How much will standard entry be?
Standard entry will be from 12:00. Once this door is sold out the next entry will be at 13:00. The price will be £3.00 per adult (plus booking fee). Under 16s go free after 12:00.
On-the-door entry is also available after 13:00 and once the pre-paid tickets have entered.
Will there be food and drink at the venue?
There are a number of food and drink outlets within the Custard Factory itself. The venue is close to the city centre and within walking distance of many pubs and food outlets.
Is there parking at the venue?
There is limited free on-street parking around the venue, there are also several pay and display car parks all within walking distance.
Are there concessions for carers and PAs?
Yes, a carer/PA will be admitted free of charge with a paying disabled attendee - this only applies to standard entry, unfortunately carers would need a ticket for advance entry.
Do I need a ticket for my child?
Under 16s do not need to pay to enter when accompanied by a full paying adult - this only applies to standard entry.
I’ve bought a ticket but now I can’t make it. Can I have a refund?
We are unable to offer refunds for online tickets, but you are welcome to give them to a friend or family member.
